How Vincci Uses Call Forwarding
Vincci uses conditional call forwarding so customers keep calling the business number they already know. You answer when you can; when you cannot, Vincci’s new voicemail can step in.

Keep your current business number
You do not need to advertise a second number or change the number on your truck, website, or business cards. Customers continue calling your existing mobile number.
Only the calls you cannot take are forwarded
This is conditional forwarding, not full-time forwarding. Your phone rings normally first. Vincci can receive calls when you do not answer, your phone is unavailable, or your line is busy.
- Answer the call yourself when you are free.
- Let the new voicemail help when you are driving, on a ladder, or with a customer.
Vincci guides the setup and tests it with you
You choose your mobile provider and follow a few short steps on your phone. If you already use special forwarding rules, Vincci can help record them before anything changes.
- Instructions are adjusted for your mobile provider.
- A test call lets you listen and confirm that your new voicemail answers.
- If the test does not work, you receive the next step instead of being left to guess.
You can change it back later
If you stop using Vincci, the same guided page walks you through removing Vincci forwarding and restoring your existing voicemail or saved forwarding setup. A final test helps confirm the result.
- Vincci remembers the provider selected during setup.
- Some providers may require a settings change or a quick call to support.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a new business phone number?
No. Customers continue calling your existing business number. Call forwarding connects missed calls to Vincci behind the scenes.
Will every call go to Vincci?
No. Your phone still rings normally. Conditional forwarding is used for calls you do not answer, calls received while your line is busy, or calls received while your phone is unavailable.
What if my mobile provider handles forwarding differently?
Vincci asks for your provider and adjusts the instructions. A few providers may require phone settings or help from their support team.
